Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect or faulty please get in touch with us via email byronskateshop@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the faulty or incorrect item.

All goods must be in their original, unused condition in original packaging and returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order. You must also have a receipt or invoice for proof of purchase. 

A staff member will evaluate your return request and give you the ok to send the item back to us. We cannot process a refund or exchanges until the goods have arrived at our store.
